Happy New Years everyone! Hope you all have a great night, and hope you all have an awesome new year. We have lots of ish to look forward to in 2007, like new albums from Britney, Kelly Clarkson, Black Eyed Peas, Fall Out Boy, Natasha Bedingfield, Shania Twain and much much more!

I'll post performances as soon as they are uploaded!

Christina Aguilera performed 'Candyman' and 'Fighter'. She did a hella great job, althought the look on peoples faces as she sung 'Candyman' was PRICELESS. She killed it though!

Thanks to World Of Justin, they have a small article talking about the filming of the new video for 'What Goes Around../..Comes Around' which talks about someone being at the shooting of the new video:

"I had the pleasure of visiting the set of the music video, "What Goes Around Comes Back Around". It stars Scarlett Johannson, Shawn Hatosy, and of course, Mr. T. There is even an appearance by the lovely Miss Wahlquist, and it is directed by the incomparable Sam Bayer. The stuff looked great. Should be fun to see."

Another new thing I'm going to start doing is posting a New Artist every week, or perhaps an artist that isn't popular in the United States right now, so that you all can learn about other artists and get some new music at the same time. If you'd like to see a favorite artist of yours that isn't big or popular right now, please let me know and I'll post it. Enjoy!

It has been confirmed that Beyonce's 4th single from her album 'B-day' will be the the fan favorite 'Upgrade U' featuring Jay-Z which has already made an impact on the charts. It already entered the Hot 100 on downloads and Urban Airplay long before it was declared a single or even released, and it has also gotten major Urban/R&B/Rhythmic Airplay as well. Hope this goes well for B. It'll help the album sell even more copies. The video should be hot as well!

Panic! At The Disco are set to release their new single "Build God, Then We'll Talk," which is definately a fan favorite and the bands favorite song on the album, but as they quoted it's going to be a very different video! They also talked about recording their next album, which they are going to start working on this winter, which wil more than likely be out next fall!

"It's the last song we wrote for this record. It's all of our favorite song and we've wanted it to be a single pretty much ever since," guitarist Ryan Ross explained. "That's probably the most exciting one for us, but it's kind of like we're doing it for us. I don't know if it's going to be a huge hit or whatever. Ross described the song as a story he wrote about prostitution and living in Las Vegas, and he said the already-completed video is somewhat literal. "We're not sure it's ever going to get on MTV," he said. "There's dry humping, excessive drug use, pretty much anything vulgar."

As for that next album, Panic have formulated some ideas, but have yet to write any complete songs. "We've been talking about it for the past couple of months and we started writing lyrics a little bit, so I've got a little bit to go off of," Ross said. "We're gonna be home in January kind of doing our homework before we all get together."

Welcome Back Brit!

Mariah Carey- The Roof: This is still one of my all time fav. Mariah video's and songs. Her soft and sensual vocals add a drifting feel to the song and it's just a great song. Her vocals go with the beat perfectly.

Enimem comes in at #2 with 293,300 according to estimates. I honestly couldn't care less about Enimem anymore, but hey, lots of people do. Hope this album is a success for him. The first single is alright, so maybe this will be good for him.

Gwen Stefani comes in at #3 with great numbers. She sold nearly 253,000 . This is a great album and deserves to be a hit. The first single 'Wind It Up' has reached #6 on the Hot 100 and she has promoted this song and album well.

Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI early Monday morning. She was booked at 4:50 AM today and was released around 7:15 this morning. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5′1″ and 85 lbs.

We’re told two motorists spotted her SUV going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The drivers called 911. When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone.

Law enforcement officers tell TMZ Nicole Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot. A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol.

This is not the first brush Richie has had with substance abuse. In 2003, she pled guilty to heroin possession. The charges were dismissed after she completed the terms of her probation. The CHP just informed TMZ the department will not release Richie’s mugshot. Her reps were not immediately available for comment.
