No, this blog is not closing down and I will be updating with something EVERYDAY starting at the beginning of the year- PROMISE. The reason I haven't been updating much lately is because for one I've been focusing on school a lote more lately since I need to get a certain grade to transfer to the school I want to go to, and I really need to work hard on that. Other small reasons are the fact that I've had a friend in town for the past two weeks, and it's the holidays.

I really don't want to hear anymore complaining- if you don't like my blog or the fact that I've had a few bumps along the road when it comes to updating- then don't come here anymore. There are thousands of other blogs to visit. If all you want to do is come on here and complain- then leave. Sorry.

The blog will be back and BETTER than it normally was starting the week of December 17th. Check back around that time- thanks.

Justin Timberlake is re-releasing his multi-platinum selling album 'FutureSex/LoveSounds', and on the album are a few remixes of previous songs including this remix of 'SexyBack' featuring a rap from Missy Elliot. It's decent and a nice change from the original and I like that it has a different beat.

After having a smash single all around the world with 'Gimme More', Britney is releasing the ever so personal 'Piece Of Me' as the second single. The single is already getting major airplay in the US, jumping from #122 last week to #55 this week on the Pop Radio format. The single will for sure be a smash success, and hopefully help the declining album sales, as 'Blackout' drops from #2 to #7 this week.

Fergie re-released her multi-platinum selling album 'The Dutchess' in Japan and has a few new songs, and one of them is 'Pick It Up', which is a brilliant song. I think it's one of the best ballads I've heard this year besides Kelly's 'Sober'. It's a very beautiful slow song and it should definitely be released as a single.

Leona Lewis is selling extremely well in the UK, and even outselling the Spice Girls latest single and Greatest Hits Album. Her new single is the #1 single in the UK, and is a brilliant song, and the album isn't any different. It's not a very uptempo or fun album, but her voice is great.

Britney's new album 'Blackout' has sold a half of a million copies worldwide and is well on her way to having a second smash single with 'Piece Of Me'. The album has a deluxe edition at Target and in Japan which features the bonus track 'Outta This World', which is an amazing mellow song. I don't know why this wasn't on the album as it is one of my favorite songs so far, even as a bonus song.

Plain White T's are releasing their new single 'Our Time Now' and after the success of their last single 'Hey There Delilah' I'm sure that this single will at least do well on radio, not quite sure about the single as a whole. It's decent though.

Backstreet Boys are back with their second single 'Helpless When She Smiles'- although I don't agree with the single choice. They should have released 'Any Other Way' or 'Unmistakable' before this. It's a good song, and I'm not saying it's terrible- just that there are better songs too release.

Jennifer Lopez is not doing very well with her new album, as it debuted with only 60k in sales, but her second single is actually decent. 'Hold It, Don't Drop It' has been chosen as the second single, and I just wish she'd release 'Brave', 'Wrong When You're Gone', 'Stay Together', or 'Forever'- they would all be hit singles.

Celine Dion is back with her new album in a few years, and it's a great album. There are some amazing tracks like the lead single 'Taking Chances', as well as other songs like 'Shadow Of Love', 'Surprise Surprise' and 'Eyes On Me'. Definitely get out there and buy this album! Be sure to buy 'Taking Chances' on iTunes!

The Spice Girls Greatest Hits is released worldwide on November 13th, and the first single is already doing extremely well in airplay in Europe. The Greatest Hits album also includes another new song titled 'Voodoo' which is a classic dance song from the girls. It's similar to 'Who Do You Think You Are' and would make for a great second single if it's released. Also, check out the video for 'Headlines' below!

video
*Video was added to Sony BMG's Australian site, and is the supposed official live video for the 'One Minute' single in Australia. RCA, please PLEASE release this in the US! It'd be a hit single that could pull sales over the million mark at best.
