Room2012 is a band consisting of three guys an a girl from the German Popstars show, and their new album 'Elevator' should be interesting after hearing the first single 'Haunted'. The song is great, kind of sounds like 'My Love' as some people have brought up, but it's decent song and I like it, so felt like posting it. Download and watch the video below!

Mary J. Blige released her new album 'Growing Pains' last week and it had major sales in the US of over 65k, a little less than her last album, but still impressive. Her album will then be released in Japan with this bonus track 'Sleepwalking'. You can download the bonus track below!

Britney recorded this song 'Let Go' during the sessions for her new album Blackout, and while no slower songs made the final cut, this is the final version posted on the producers official myspace page. It's a nice ballad for sure. Great song. Hopefully the final version of 'State Of Grace' will surface sometime in the near future- that song was amazing.

Maroon 5 are releasing their fourth single 'Goodnight, Goodnight' after their current single 'Won't Go Home Without You' is through on the charts. They even have got Sophie Muller directing the video in London, so it'll be a good video. Only concern is that it's a slower song, and they had much better single choices to pick from. You can download the single below.

The Spice Girls recently performed their past hit single '2 Become 1' on the UK show Strictly Come Dancing, and I was very surprised to see that they were singing 100% live and there can be no doubts about that. They did the song justice and I think that they should sing live more often and not lip synch so much! It was a great performance. I have tickets to see them in February in NYC, so I'm very excited to see them!

Jennifer Lopez is not releasing 'Hold It Don't Drop It' as the second US single after all. That will now serve as the UK's second single, as Jennifer shot the video for her second US single which will be 'Brave' with producer Michael Haussman. I hope that the label actually doesn't give up and releases 'Stay Together', 'Forever' and 'Wrong When You're Gone' afterwards. Stream and download the single below!

The Spice Girls are on the brink of replacing Robbie Williams at EMI as part of a new multi-million pound album deal, Metro.co.uk can reveal. Insiders at the record label plan an audacious move for the girls to record new material. It comes just days after rumours the label is set to ditch Robbie Williams because his music is failing to sell.

The whole deal rests on the success of the Spice tour, which has already been dogged by rumours of bitch fighting between the band. A record company insider said: 'EMI has more than 2,000 artists and as one of the labels biggest stars Robbie represents more than one percent of the group's review. Last year it was far less than that - massively.' Williams had a disastrous year in 2007 letting it all hang out in Amsterdam and fading into the shadows of former band Take That.

His highest chart position missed the top 10 with 'She's Madonna' limping in at number 11 - one chart position that won't make 'good business sense' to EMI and one that doesn't bode well for a renewed contract. 'Now one deal that does make good commercial sense is a Spice Girls album deal depending on how the tour goes,'the source revealed. While a spokeswoman for EMI would not comment on the label's relationship with Williams, the source revealed the new Spice album is just round the corner.

Ashlee Simpson has just premiered the video for her new single 'Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)' on Yahoo! Music, and the video is absolutely brilliant. It's one of the best videos this year for sure and will have a great impact on the song I think. It's very Gwen, and I think Ashlee may have a hit on her hands and a catchy song and a video never hurt!

Nicole Scherzinger, after having two flop songs under her belt, and an album that isn't even released yet is hoping to have a hit with her new single 'Puakenikeni' although I don't see Nicole having success with this album at all to be honest. I think she needs to re-evaluate her songs and single choices and completely start from scratch with a new project. This just isn't working for her- but that's only my opinion- and to each their own! Stream and download the single below.

Avril is supposedly releasing 'Runaway' as the fourth single from her platinum selling album 'The Best Damn Thing'. This song is good, and should do well on radio. I think she should release either 'I Don't Have To Try' or 'The Best Damn Thing' as the next single if she releases anything else, though. Stream the single, and download the song below!

Miley Cyrus, better known for playing the pop superstar Hannah Montana on the Disney series, released her own album along with the Hanna Montana album last summer. The new single from her real life album is 'Start All Over' and it's a good song to be honest. I think it should have been the first single instead of 'See You Again', but thank god it's actually a single- I think it would do well with promotion. You can watch the music video, stream the single, and download it below!

Timbaland is releasing 'Scream' as the next single from his album 'Shock Value'. The single sounds like a song that would be a leftover from Britney's 'In The Zone' album, so if you liked the mellow songs such as 'Early Mornin' then you'd probably love this song. Hopefully 'Time' will be released next. The video for the single is confirmed to premiere on Yahoo! Video Premieres website in mid January. You can stream and download the radio edit of the song below- so be sure to check it out!

Kylie Minogue performed her new single 'WOW' at the X Factor Finale, and while the song takes some getting used to, it's a decent song for a single. Hopefully she'll release songs like 'All I See', and 'Sensitized' next. You can watch the performance, stream the single, and download it if you like it below! This is a lot better single choice than '2 Hearts' was.

Natasha Bedingfield is releasing a new album this winter, and it will be a little different than her recent release. The album will include a few songs from the recent 'N.B' release in the UK, but it will also include a few 'American' mixes of songs from the past album as well as a few new songs and a completely different album cover and packaging. The album will be titled 'Pocketful Of Sunshine' and the title track from the album was recently posted on Natasha's myspace profile. It's a great song and should definitely be a single for sure!

Britney's new video for her hit single 'Piece Of Me' is miles better than the last video for the first single 'Gimme More'. She looks stunning and although she seems kind of insecure about herself, it's definitely a great step forward. The video features a few different scenes involving the paparazzi, and it's a good video in general! This video should stay on MTV and VH1 unlike 'Gimme More' which fell off soon after it premiered.

Celine Dion is releasing her new single 'Eyes On Me' after a hit first single worldwide, and the new single is an alright song. It seems a bit desperate- but it's something that Celine hasn't done before and it's nice to hear from her. It reminds me of a mix of Beyonce's 'Baby Boy' and something from Shakira. It should do well, maybe even do alright on US radio- time will tell for sure, but I think it has a great shot.

Ashlee Simpson will be premiering her new video for 'Outta My Head' on December 19th on Yahoo! Music, the lead single from her new album coming out in January on Yahoo! Music. Above are some pictures from the video shoot, and look very interesting. Pete Wentz was quoted saying "It's like a Salvador Dalí painting meets 'Being John Malkovich.' She just went to this weird place for it. It has this kind of multiple personality, like the song does." Sounds like an amazing video for a fun and fiesty song!

Madonna and John Mellencamp will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next year, alongside Leonard Cohen, the Ventures and the Dave Clark Five. Philly Soul songwriter/producer team Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff will be presented the Ahmet Ertegun Award (previously known as the non-performer category) and blues harmonica player Little Walter will be inducted in the sideman category.

Among the artists who were nominated this year but did not get in are the Beastie Boys (who were eligible for the first time) and Donna Summer.

Carrie Underwood is releasing 'All American Girl' as her 2nd single from her platinum selling album 'Carnival Ride'. I don't agree with this single choice by car. Ashlee Simpson has returned after a while with a new single produced by Timbaland- and it's a very catchy, upbeat, feisty song. This song probably won't be a major hit simply because it's from Ashlee, but it is a great song to release. Should be interesting to see how it does on the charts this winter as well as the album being released soon!
